Override the default parsing mode for individual fields.

    languageAsLangid?: boolean

    removeOuterBraces?: string[]

Fields for which a redundant outer brace pair is removed.

    richURL?: boolean

    sentenceCase?: SentenceCaseOptions

    Configure sentence-casing behavior.

    strings?: string | Record<string, string>

Preload @string definitions as a name-to-value map or BibTeX source text.

unsupported?: "text" | "tex" | "ignore" | "throw"

Policy for unsupported TeX commands and environments.

    verbatimFields?: string[]

Field-name glob patterns parsed as verbatim text rather than TeX (*, ?, and \\).
